Dwarka Project: One of the great investment both for investors as well residential dwellers!

As per the plan of DDA, the complete region is to be divided, into fifteen smaller zones and the one that becomes more popular among both the property dealers as well as builders is Dwarka. This area in the South West Region of Delhi, along with the other zones in the suburbs of Delhi, is soon to be developed into housing facilities which will accommodate about two million people entering in the upcoming six years of rapid urbanization.

The pooling land for the L Zone property is under the progress and thus DDA, as well as other agencies, are awaiting its completion so as, to begin with, the construction of civil infrastructure. This process of construction and development, too, will be focused on improving the accessibility of different parts of the zone.

Apart from the development of the Dwarka project, DDA wants to maintain an ecological balance during and after the completion of the project. Some sources have hinted at plans of building a very large golf course in the zone. These 22,797 hectares has set aside 900 acres of land for constructing an immense water reservoir. The zone has NH-10, the railway line, and Rohtak Road to its north, K-zone and Dwarka sub-city to its east, and the boundary of the National Capital Region to its south and west.

Investing on the Dwarka project is, however, a smart idea and is appreciated by real estate builders as well as buyers. Due to its impressive amenities along with modern technologies, many builders of renown in Delhi have already announced their projects under this zone. Most of these projects are residential and proffer a tempting deal due to the relatively low prices presently prevailing there. These prices, however, are rising gradually, and investors have been rushing to get their deals of choice.
