As per the plan of DDA, the complete region is to be divided, into fifteen smaller zones and the one that becomes more popular among both the property dealers as well as builders is Dwarka. This area in the South West Region of Delhi, along with the other zones in the suburbs of Delhi, is soon to be developed into housing facilities which will accommodate about two million people entering in the upcoming six years of rapid urbanization.

Due to its impressive amenities along with modern technologies, many builders of renown in Delhi have already announced their projects under this zone. Most of these projects are residential and proffer a tempting deal due to the relatively low prices presently prevailing there.
